FB: Senior offensive linemen anchor a unit that enters the season with question marks

Ninth in a series of nine position previews leading up to the Valparaiso football season opener on Aug. 31.

Carter Woody and Tyler Eberhart have been through it all at Valparaiso.

The offensive linemen have blocked for two of the best running backs in program history. They’re now on their third offensive line coach in the last three years. After joining the program in 2020 along with 46 other freshmen, Woody and Eberhart are two of the last ones standing.

Their bond with each other, and their teammates, is what has brought the seniors back to an offensive line that is filled with outside questions.
