SB: Gallagher rejoins Armitage with transfer to Valparaiso

Mackenzie Gallagher might not be completely familiar with Valparaiso’s campus just yet, but the junior softball transfer does have one bit of knowledge that will help in her transition to Northwest Indiana.

She knows what it’s like to play for new Valparaiso softball coach Mike Armitage.

Gallagher, a All-Conference corner infielder, announced earlier this week she was transferring to Valparaiso after spending the first two years of her career playing for Armitage at Minnesota State Moorhead.
