FB: Melchiori looks for seamless transition after playing at Marietta for three years

The questions started even before Jay Melchiori had a chance to unpack his bags last January.

No, it wasn’t the new Valparaiso wide receiver trying to track down his new teammates in order to ask where the locker room was or where the best place in town was to get a meal.

The questions came from his new teammates and they were relentless. All wanted to know about Melchiori’s previous school, and more importantly, they wanted to know about his old coaches.
