FB: Valparaiso coach talks rivalry game with Butler and impact of 1999 team

Losing the Battle for the Hoosier Helmet is tough no matter which way you slice it. Last Saturday’s loss to Butler was even tougher for the Valparaiso football team because there were moments in the game where the tide could’ve swung for the Beacons.

With the loss to the Bulldogs in the rear view mirror, Landon Fox and his team now shift focus toward Saturday’s road game against Dayton and then the 2024 finale at home against Davidson next weekend.

Fox sat down with The Victory Bell to discuss a couple of topics related to the Butler game as well as the impact he has felt from Valparaiso’s 1999 team.
