Defense dominates annual spring game
FB: Lendino and Molnar shine as defense forces four turnovers; gives up only one touchdown
VALPARAISO - David Marquis didn’t hesitate in the days leading up to Sunday’s annual spring football game when the Valparaiso defensive coordinator was asked who the breakout star of spring camp had been thus far.

The freshman defensive back lived up to the hype on Sunday, snagging an interception from Michael Appel Jr. in the end zone. It was part of a banner day for not only Lendino, but the entire Valparaiso defense.
