WBB: Valparaiso outscores Broncos 21-8 in first quarter on way to victory

VALPARAISO - Getting a double-digit lead was relatively easy for the Valparaiso women’s basketball team on Wednesday night.

Holding on to that lead proved to be the challenge as the Beacons took everything Western Michigan could throw at them in a 67-54 victory at the Athletics-Recreation Center.
