Whitaker and Tornatta commit to Valpo

MBB: UIndy teammates are coming to Division I with chip on their shoulder

Brody Whitaker knew that Tucker Tornatta, his teammate of one year at the University of Indianapolis, was in the transfer portal earlier this spring.

Whitaker, having been granted an additional year of eligibility due to a recent NCAA ruling, was also in the portal for an unexpected fifth year of college.

The two roughly knew what schools each other were talking to, but when Whitaker decided to take a visit to Valpo, he called Tornatta to see what his plans were.
