MBB: Yanis Bamba becomes latest Montreal native to commit to Valparaiso

There were 22 Canadian basketball players on NBA rosters at the start of the 2022-23 season. Yanis Bamba dreams to one day add his name to that list.

Bamba’s path to becoming a professional basketball player involved finding the right college program and the Montreal native believes he’s done just that.

Bamba verbally committed to Valparaiso earlier this month and officially announced the commitment early Thursday morning.
