The statistic was written about in the spring and it will be referenced again now that the Valparaiso volleyball team is officially back on campus.
The Beacons had 16 players with remaining eligibility following last season and all 16 players are back this season. In the modern collegiate landscape, it’s nearly unheard of not to have a single transfer, let alone multiple transfers.
While that fact might be startling to some on the outside, it’s just kind of met with a shoulder shrug inside the Athletics-Recreation Center.
Don’t get it twisted, the Beacons know what they have is special. After all, it’s what they signed up for.
