MBB: Valparaiso falls to former Horizon League rivals in tough shooting night for star sophomore

VALPARAISO - The shots just didn’t fall for Cooper Schwieger on Tuesday night and the Valparaiso sophomore wasn’t afraid to say so.

Schwieger didn’t shy away from facing the music following Valparaiso’s 75-67 loss to old Horizon League foe Cleveland State at the Athletics-Recreation Center.

The star sophomore had 14 points and eight rebounds, but he also missed all eight of his 3-point attempts on Tuesday.
