Carter Hopoi didn’t lose his confidence on Saturday and because of that, the Valparaiso men’s basketball team didn’t lose the game.
Hopoi missed a pair of free throws with 1.1 seconds left in a tie game against Indiana State on Saturday. Instead of crumbling after the misses, Hopoi brushed himself off and went back to work.
