Grant eyes big return for Valpo Volleyball

Fifth-year senior missed majority of last season, including NIVC run

Jillie Grant could’ve walked away.

The Valparaiso fifth-year outside hitter could’ve chosen to graduate following last year and join the likes of Rylee Cookerly, Brittany Anderson and Peyton McCarthy in the workforce. She could’ve chosen to join her classmate Gabby Daniels in stepping away from volleyball or she could’ve chosen to transfer for her final collegiate season like fellow classmate Haley Hart.

That was never an option for Grant. Not when she had unfinished business at the Athletics-Recreation Center.
