MBB: Indiana native stays home after whirlwind rise to college prospect

Zane Doughty never gave basketball a second thought.

The Indianapolis native was strictly a football and baseball player when he finally got the itch to step on the hardwood in the summer of 2017. Doughty was getting ready to enter seventh grade and he was already 6-foot-4. His height made playing basketball practically a requirement while growing up in the state of Indiana.
