MBB: Plenty of newcomers shine as men's basketball gives first glimpse to Valpo fans

VALPARAISO - Owen Dease has been playing basketball in the Athletics-Recreation Center nearly every day since the end of May.

Saturday marked the first time that the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi transfer was able to do so in front of a crowd. The redshirt senior made sure to put on a show for the Valpo fans who came out for the annual Grit and Grill scrimmage the men’s basketball program held before Saturday’s football game.
