WBB: Valparaiso falls 70-67 to Belmont; will face UIC in first round of conference tourney

VALPARAISO - Ilysse Pitts and Maya Dunson fought to the bitter end on Saturday afternoon.

The pair of seniors did everything in their power to will the Valparaiso women’s basketball team to a win over Belmont before coming up just short in a 70-67 loss in their final game at the Athletics-Recreation Center.
